This post is way overdue since baby dedication was in September!! But here are a few photos :) She was a perfect angel the entire morning. Of course she was quiet as a mouse until the preacher started to pray...then she went to "DA-DA-DA-DA-DA"ing as loud as she could, reaching her hands towards the ceiling. Our preacher said "I think you have a future preacher on your hands." :)

Pancreatic Cancer Awareness

Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month!!

November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness month. A very dear family friend of ours passed away from pancreatic cancer this year and it has been devestating...for the community, for her friends and family, and most especially for her sweet children. She was one of the best women I have ever known and it is unfathomable to me that her life was cut short.

Her sweet girls blog so openly about the loss of their mother. I was especially moved by a blog posting by one daughter, my friend, Nancy. I'm linking to it below. Let's all take a few moments to pray for those suffering from pancreatic cancer and for their families. And, after reading Nancy's post, let's be so thankful, in this season of Thanks, for the loved ones that are still with us and let's not take any moments with them for granted. We love you Niedrachs!

It was a yucky, rainy day, but it turned into one of the most beautiful weddings I've been to, with the most beautiful bride and groom (and flower girl, of course...more photos of her to come).

Halloween!

Madison was a Bumblee Bee (aka "yellow jacket") for Halloween. Since we didn't think it would be appropriate to parade her around begging for candy she couldn't eat, we decided to go over to our friend's, the Griffies, house and dress up the babies there! They sure were precious!
